Do I need a vet referral to make an appointment?

You can contact us at any time to make an appointment. When you contact us to make an appointment, we will collect initial intake information about you and your dog- including who your vet is. We will send correspondence to your vet as needed to provide them with progress updates. This allows us to have open lines of communication with your vet to ensure the best possible outcome for your dog!

Are your services covered by pet insurance?

If your pet insurance plan has rehab coverage, than typically they will cover the cost of the treatment. You are required to pay us directly and we will provide a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. It is always a good idea to double check your coverage in advance. Some insurance plans require rehab to be carried out by a veterinarian or have a veterinarian on-site, in which case our services wouldn’t be covered.

What do I need to do to prepare for my first appointment?

It is always a good idea to have treats that your pup likes and a leash. This helps us through our treatment session. If your dog has any medications for pain, it is generally a good idea to give them ~30 minutes prior to the appointment time so that way your pup’s pain is managed during a treatment session.
